3PM I-365 interstate between Ridgewood North Exit and Wyndham North Exit. Trooper Terence Stahl in Highway Patrol cruiser no. 65 pulled over car driven by State Legislator Gordon McCall allegedly for exceeding the speed limit. After the state representative rolled down his window and identified himself as a state legislator with congressional immunity from arrest and traffic citations, erring state trooper leaned over and promptly spat on his face.
